About the Course
In the face of adversity, traditional resilience strategies often emphasize “pushing through and overcoming”, regardless of the intensity of what we’re experiencing. This course repositions conventional notions of resilience by delving into the subtle tensions and nuances adverse circumstances present us with. Participants will explore innovative responsive approaches that that will help them transcend reactive patterns and successfully adapt to change. Drawing on contemporary post-Covid era research, we explore the intricate relationship between adversity, resilience, and professional growth, with the aim of fostering sustainable wellness and strengthening team cohesion.
