About the Course
At Conversation Aperture, we recognize that our perceptions shape our interactions. It's not uncommon to inadvertently label or judge colleagues based on our past fleeting impressions. These judgments constrain our potential to connect, collaborate, and innovate. What if we could identify the roots of such behaviour and implement tools to transcend it?
In this immersive course, we guide you on a journey of self-reflection and discovery. Participants will reflect on the limiting stories we tend to create about ourselves and others, that often dictate how we approach working relationships. When we recognize, challenge, and reshape these narratives, we move from confining and alienating experiences to inclusive and co-creative ones. When we reframe limiting stories, we begin recognizing colleagues for who they really are, dissolve barriers for collaboration, and unlock the potential for deeper connection, trust, and team success.
Key Learning Outcomes:
Understand how our internal narratives shape our perceptions and interactions.
Navigate beyond personal biases to foster a more inclusive and understanding workplace.
Re-story experiences at work to realize common ground and co-create harmonious team dynamics.
